You are notified a month before the expiry date of your black card, and again a few days before this date (by e-mail or SMS). The black card is renewed automatically as soon as you have a sufficient balance corresponding to the renewal amount (€10).

The new black card is sent to the postal address indicated in your information. To change it, log on to your space under ‘My information’.
