A 1st transfer of up to €150 is authorized when the red card is activated. To benefit from the same ceilings as the black card and make further transfers, the red cardholder must submit his or her ID to Transcash from your customer area by declaring the red cardholder. You can scan the red cardholder’s ID or send it by email to transfert@trans-cash.fr.

Once the declaration has been made and the ID validated, you can make transfers and use the red card in the Mastercard network. Without this declaration of identity, the red card remains in the ACCESS formula, limited to a single transfer.
