Check your formula : if you are on the ACCESS formula, you must make your purchases in the chosen theme. If the merchant is not in the category of this theme, the transaction will be declined. With ESSENTIAL and MAX formulas, all merchants are accepted. Check your card balance : an insufficient balance will result in payment refusal. Check 3D Secure : Internet payments of €30 or less are not subject to 3D Secure authentication. However, above a cumulative amount of €100 or 5 consecutive transactions, the online payment will be refused. 3D Secure authentication will be required to reset the counter. You can do this yourself by logging into your account, heading 'My cards' 'Manage my cards' and clicking on 'Unlock my online purchases'.
